Pumphouse Drawings

Drawing prepared by Sean Collins based on measurements taken 25/6th June 2014

Notes
  • All dimensions in millimetres
  • The bold line indicates centreline of pipework, and all dimensions relate to that point. The arrows indicate direction of water flow
  • The measurements are to the nearest 5-10mm; as can be clearly seen in some photos of the pipework, it is not completely square but has been drawn so for simplicity & clarity as this is sufficient level of detail at this stage.
  • A is the pump currently in use, A1 is the related control board; B & B1 are redundant pump & control board not currently in use.
  • Building is single skin block wall, rendered inside & out with single pitch roof. No evidence of any wall or roof insulation and there are several openings through walls.
  • Door is piece of cladding attached to frame and there are two birds nests inside pumphouse.
